Training in
integrative
psychotherapy
across Europe
Our member organisations offer training in integrative psychotherapy at European and World Standards in Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and the United Kingdom. Upon graduation our students are eligible for the European Certificate of Integrative Psychotherapy (ECIP), the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP), the World Certificate for Psychotherapy (WCPC) and national accreditation in their respective countries.

By becoming an EAIP organisational member you will be joining the European community of integrative psychotherapy. Upon completion of the integrative psychotherapy training your students are eligible for the European Certificate of Integrative Psychotherapy.

Please refer to our application procedures in order to become an accredited member of the EAIP. You can apply for associate, provisional or full membership (organisational members). Accreditation implies the setting of minimal standards which training programs must meet.

WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY
Integrative Psychotherapy is a multidimensional approach that integrates knowledge and skills from different psychotherapy modalities in a comprehensive framework, enabling psychotherapy to be responsive to diverse client needs, personality styles, interests and treatment preferences. Integrative psychotherapy overcomes the limitations of a single model and broadens the theoretical base of psychotherapy interventions.

Work groups
The European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy actively contributes to scientific research. Our Woring Groups are organised into three sections: Supervision standards, Human rights and social responsibilities, and Competencies for Integrative Psychotherapy. Psychotherapy research seeks to enhance the development, scientific quality and social relevance of psychotherapy and to foster the use of research findings in practice, eduction and policy formulation.
